We accept returns for items that you are not satisfied with. Once your item is received we will refund you.
Please make sure that the invoice is returned with the item as well so we can easily match up your return with the item.
If you decide you want a refund, we will refund you the cost.
If you decide you want a different item, you have the option to exchange it for another item of same like value.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS:
All returns and exchanges must be activated within 30 days of receipt of your item.
If your item is lost in the mail, it is our policy that you wait 10 days after you have notified us. Many times the mail gets delayed, or returned to us if there was a problem with the shipping address.
